A must visit for all craft beer lovers! All the beers are delicious! Especially the Kolsch & the Pale Ale! But what makes this place great are the incredible people who work here! I can’t say enough about the amazing service we received! Graham and Jillian were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive, ensuring we had the best experience from start to finish. They made the atmosphere warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy our time in Osoyoos!

Mediocre beer at best, and that little chatty English guy is very annoying.
we were spending a couple nights in Nelson. we stopped at Backwoods for lunch. great beer selection. JJ suggested we get pizza across the street for food. Thanks to him, I had the best NY style pizza I have had in a long time, and I'm originally from NYC now Oregon. JJ was awesome to chat with about Nelson. I came back later to fill a growler. 5 stars for staff and beer
