Smithers location- We had a reservation booked for 30 people 11 days in advance.
The first downfall was only one waitress for 30 people on a busy Saturday evening. It took 30-45 minutes just to get drinks.

Terrible service. We waited over an hour for our meals. Tables sat 30 minutes after us were served before us. We asked if they had forgotten to put in our order. Yes. No offer to expedite food or bring an appetizer while we continued to wait. Waters were never refilled. No discount on the bill. Not sure we will return.
We had a wonderful experience tonight at Brixx PG for my hubby’s bday, great service, great food, a fantastic server, Kaylee. 10/10. We will be back. I don’t know why anyone could complain about small servings, and expensive. Wow! Big dishes, and very reasonably priced. Yum!
