“This upscale modernized-Japanese restaurant takes everything good about a traditional Japanese meal, and adds a westernized twist in which does not stray from its roots. Food was very good, decent portions but a smaller menu. Ramen flavour was very “smokey” compared to the traditional taste but still was excellent. Waiter was friendly, atmosphere was upscale and inviting.“

“I’m glad I ended my night and trip here. Funny little entrance way. And you walk to the basement and into a small room that fits 20ish people. I ordered my Mezcal cocktail. It was delightful. Balanced, smooth and unique.
I had two Medicare cocktails in Nelson prior, so this made up for those.“
