Great cafe with very tasty food. Quick service and friendly staff. I love the little details that show the owners put a lot of thought into the cafe- local art on the walls and hand written notes near the entrance/exit. I definitely recommend as the best breakfast place in Nelson. Also- kids’ menu is super affordable and my kiddo loved the food also.

Longest wait I’ve ever experienced for breakfast. We sat at our table and waited about 15-20 minutes for just coffee. Our server said she has poor time management…. I’d say so My husband ordered an omelet and I ordered a bagel. We waited 45 minutes for the food. The cheese in his omelette wasn’t even melted and my bagel was totes but not warm any longer. It’s not a big place so I couldn’t understand how it took an hour to get some eggs and toast. Bring cash so you can leave right away!

A perfectly fine place, very cozy, but I was a bit disappointed in my french toast. I was hoping it would be made with nice thick bread, but it appeared to be just sandwich bread. My friend's eggs Benedict looked pretty good though!

Stopped by for breakfast it was OK nothing special. Service was good, a bit slow but we weren't in a hurry so it didn't bother us. Espresso machine was down so I ordered a drip instead. I should have checked the price because at $3.50 it was the same as an Americano. Probably try another spot next time
The breakfast was really tasty but one of the two waitresses was rude and dismissive. If we hadn't read that there was such good food here, we would have left as soon as we were sent out of the cafe to wait.
