First time here and this place a little of everything. From decadent desserts to Burgers and bagels. They have pizza are smoothies in a nice coffee bar. My friend that lives in Nelson took me here for lunch and I chose the pickle pizza and if you've never had it this is the best pickle pizza I've ever had in my life period she goes to vegetarian burger.
Came here for lunch after cruising the Wednesday farmers market. Was given expert advice about what to get and the food lived up to the hype. Unfortunately I can't remember what bread we had with the tuna melts but it was amazing!
Kootenay Bakery is an absolute gem in every way! From the service to the atmosphere to the food...omg the FOOD! Literally every thing that my wife and I have tried is amazing. As we are both world travelers who have spent substantial time all over the world, we both always said that the bakery's in southern France were untouchable, and they were until we tried Kootenay Bakery!
