Loved having dinner here late August 2024. Soothing atmosphere & super yummy food. We had the Halusky (spaeztle type noodles) with pork belly & the Seafood Palacsinta (Hungarian crepes) topped off by a measure of Plum Brandy. Exceptional food & a real treat for anyone who can't get "Eastern European" food out (because we live elsewhere in the world). Highly recommended!
I think this was my favourite visit in Nelson. The place was chill, the service was great, and the food was amazing. As well, you can't fault a place that has Bob Dylan on their playlist. I had the schnitzel and it was perfection.

We only had a short time to visit, and our server was excellent; food was fresh but also timely for the time we had! Very flavourful, and I thought that, since garlic is basically the name, that there was a terrific balance to their culinary creations! Friendly, tasty, cozy, great patio but also...
