Order was not even close to being ready at indicated pickup time. Pizza construction was terrible, Honey Garlic wings had no sauce on them at all, and boxes/sauces improperly packed caused sauce to break and make a mess. Very disappointing experience. Good thing there are plenty of other options for pizza around.

Normally I order pizza through a different pizza restaurant in Nelson but on a whim I decided to order from Panago, you know... just to try it. I am happy I did. The pizza had a lot of cheese on it - without me having to order "extra cheese" and the cook was generous with the other toppings as well. The delivery person was super friendly, so was the person who took my order. Great service and great pizza (I also ordered a salad (so fresh - no wilted lettuce) and some cinnamon stix). I believe I have now found my "new" go to place for pizza as this restaurant appears to know what customers want. Thank you Panago Nelson, your staff and food are awesome and this had made my day.
Plant based combo & medium pepperoni pizza was good. Delivery driver seemed baffled when the transaction was in cash. No, that's not a 50$ tip. Yeeesh.

Good service, toppings were nil.. an crust was about as thick as a tortilla wrap.. almost no sauce. Disappointed. Have to ask for double everything to get a decent pizza now days, an your still lucky if you get what you paid for.

Pizza was great, cheesey bread was awesome. But I didn't know that when you order a apple pie you need to cook it your self. Some instruction on heat and cook time would be appreciated for the next time.
