Love this staff! Never a dull conversation and they are always making me aware of new flavours and brews. They do this all while buzzing like bees to get everyone’s orders ready. A1 as far as I am concerned…coffee’s pretty good too. 4 stars for food because they couldn’t make me a mocha (no powder)

Poor service. Went to the store at 2pm today (2 Feb 2025) and was talking English but the girl serving me was purposely pretending to not understand what I was saying. When I saw her throw the previous customer’s cookie for the lady to catch, had a feeling it was only going to be a sour experience. You should train your employees to be less racist and more effective.

Terrible service and rude staff. Continued gossiping to each other when they both saw that customers are waiting to be served. Then when they finally stopped chatting the service was rude, the girl seemed like she could not be bothered working.

Huge rave to seeing the young kids working. Good for them but every once in awhile they need a reminder to serve their customers first and wait to talk to their friends after the customers have gone. I mean geez starbelly jam is not for awhile and yay your going to get baked lol. At least then they would get the orders right. Ordered a Chai latte hot and got a cold Chai tea thing. It was weird. Ordered a matcha and got a mocha something it was also weird, off. Not mixed right. Have fun a starbelly jam girls lol
