Employees were nice but very confusing. Ordered off the menu to make things easier but my sandwich was missing many items. Tried to explain but our language barrier made it difficult. Maybe they were just getting used to the new menu.

I order a chicken teriyaki bowl and I was not in pressed he threw the spinach in the bottom of the bowl and the portion size was so small maybe 1/4 cup rice and chicken I am never going back to that subway

It would of been good! if any of the veggies they had to offer weren't freezer burnt.The only thing fresh about this subway was the staff T-shirts they were wearing.10/10 would not recommend.

Very disappointed in the quality. The itallian cheese 6 inch buns were not fresh tasting. The lettuce didn't have a crunch and was instead rubbery, the veggies were loaded very lightly. The potato buns are smaller than last year's, and online ordering resulted in skimpy veggies. The wrap was well wrapped but the server seamed confused as to what goes into the standard. We will not be visiting this outlet for some time again. Baker Street has one we will continue to enjoy.

tons of cross contamination. the food tastes good but when i last went there i ordered a turkey bacon salad with guac and not only was there no glove change, the lady at the table dumped veggies into the wrong containers, and when she used the guacamole she put the end of it INTO my salad, getting it covered in cheese and bacon, and then didnt even clean it off before putting it right back in its spot. she didnt switch between gloves after my food either despite having handled neats and cheeses between the vegetables she put her hands in. i love subway, but very disappointing :( especially when we're well into a pandemic.

This place gets 1 star when it should only get half star or none . Ordered a chicken salad double chicken ended up being half a scoop of chicken and 4 extra pieces as the double portion pinch of onions and green peppers and pickles on top of pile of brown rotten salad . I guess they don't understand what always FRESH means .
