Thor's pizza is the best pizza in Nelson by far, so many flavor options/toppings to choose from and everything I've ever ordered has been great! The service has always been good as well, always serviced with a smile! It costs a bit more but you can taste the love baked in. The location itself is on the smaller side and has a couple tables and a few chairs to sit and eat at. They also serve calzones, never tried them but they look delicious! We just got into town from Alberta, and saw Thors. We walked in and met NIA, she was AMAZING, She told us about all the pizzas AND you could Customize your pizza as well!
While we waited we ask about some local places and she had great information!

Decent if you like thicker crust. But overpriced. You have to pay extra if you like your pizza with more than a dusting of sauce. The last time I ordered I paid for extra sauce and still didn’t get enough. My opinion—For the price of the pizzas they should be putting lots of sauce on if people want it without charging extra. I’ve asked a few times but can’t seem to get it even if I pay. From now on I’ll order panago or beauties or just pick up a save on or Safeway pizza...
