I love coming here! The service is very fast, and the place is spacious and clean. The ingredients are fresh, and the broth has a delicious flavor. The only downside is that the taste isn’t always consistent — sometimes the broth is more flavorful than on other days. They should work on keeping the flavor consistent so the experience is always the same.

An incredible place to dine in! :) We arrived for a late lunch on a gloomy Sunday evening. However we were delighted to an amazing set up of all sorts of meat, sea food, veggies, noodles, eggs , garnishes, etc and we enjoyed a lovely meal.

We included all the best possible ingredients in our dish with miso soup as the broth. The best part is you pay by weight. The staff is really nice and welcoming. They even give you a complimentary soft serve ice cream cone...

Usually love going to big way at the new west location but the last cashier left a poor impression. We were a big group with a first timer so I was lined up behind them as they finished their order at the till, however, this other cashier kept telling us to go thru her till even though we told her that we were a big group and would like to go together.
