The middle age women who works there is extremely rude and unprofessional. The food is great but the service is lacking. I can’t justify supporting this place anymore after how my wife was treated.

We were in the area, so we decided to try this place. We got the last pork spring rolls, even though they just opened for that day. It must be popular as at least 4 other table's asked for it too. When we got it, it reminded us of the ones from Bao Chau (which permanently closed down as those owners retired).Thr Bun Thit Xao Sa was good as it wasn't dry like other places, even though it doesn't have soup. The pho was also good as the soup wasn't overpowering. It had nice flavor and didn't make us thirsty after.

First time coming here for lunch of the friend,We inquire some questions on the menu about the vegetarian options.The waitress seem very impatient explaining the options.We ordered the spicy beef noodle, vegetarian pho and vegetarian spring rolls.All items were mediocre, especially the spicy beef noodle.On the last two to three pieces of spring roll, when we bit into one of them.There was a piece of hard item inside it.( sort of like a small piece of rock)Almost chip my tooth.Told the waitress about the situation and all she did was say sorry.Service was bad, One of the older waitress was pretty rude food is mediocre.Definitely will not be coming back.

Delicious and satisfying every time. The staff are friendly and helpful in explaining the dishes that will suit your taste best; which is always a good sign to me when you can tell they enjoy their own establishment's food. Can't wait to visit again next time I'm in town.
I would compare this restaurant with Anh Chi along Main street and 18th Avenue in Vancouver in terms of food, service and atmosphere (but without the bar). What tops it is their price was way cheaper but excellent taste and food-art. Definitely I will come back, and bring friends with me.

They were nice and good service.Dining area was not that good honestly, saw flies flying around three times but me and my family were ok and just joked with it ourselves bec they were still doing good service.Recently the service and treatment to us (and we noticed them treating other customers in another tables the same) went going bad and worst like they hate it when you eat there or even if you ask for extra napkin bec it makes them busy. Didn’t smile anymore at all.I dont want to be too detailed to our last experience in this restaurant but our experience was bad enough we decided its our last dine.Its better if you check it out yourself and if you are treated the same way just put your own review to one star like what I’m doing now.I normally dont like giving bad reviews, I always want to be considerate to workers, employees and businesses even if other customers arent “satisfied” I still give 5 star review for their hard work bec i used to work like them and I understand the pressure etc. But these staffs in this resto I felt like its intentional they want to treat you that way. I dont really care if the owner or any of them respond to my review, we are not going to eat here anymore.
