Staff should acknowledge customer when they are standing outside at the service window in the pouring rain instead of looking at them like they can't be bothered. Terrible service.

Usually decent, but falafel sandwich this time was so bitter was not sure if it went bad or just a poor batch. Also possibly because it was an hour to closing, seemed to be missing some ingredients (only lettuce and tomatoes, despite asking for everything).

The quality of donair was horrible. The chicken was not warm and plus it tasted very old. The chicken was too hard and the place in general was sketchy as well. I would advice you not eat here if you want to experience good donair taste. Avoid this place!

Not the best donair I've had but they smartly keep a fan blowing that famous donair scent outside the door to attract customers. It was kind of wide and hard to eat but really appreciated the fresh tomato in it.
