Chantel made me 2 drinks a dirty martini and a lemon drop cocktail. Her service was good, because I’ve asked for things off the drinks menu and she made them.I drank the first dirty martini, so I posted the second dirty martini that has added sides that do not include olives that usually come with a dirty martini.I ordered yam fries that were hand delivered from the kitchen hot and crispy.I’m waiting on a movie at Landmark Theatre. This is a good place to wait and grab a quick drink.

Love coming here for their happy hour Hub Peach Tea, which is all day btw. Came with a couple of friends, great atmosphere, service was on point. Server was attentive and anticipated our needs with a smile, would come back!

The hub, the place to be, good food, and the beers are always cold. 99.9% of staff are out of this world. Great personality and makes you feel like family.

Kid-friendliness: Great place to bring your kids for a bite.

Our server was terrible. The smoked chicken sandwich was gross and she could tell we didn’t like it and did not offer to get something else or take it off the bill. Once we got our bill she just left the machine on the table and said “thanks, bye” and walked away from the table very rudely. Will not be coming back as for 2 people it was $75 with a tip(shouldn’t have tipped)

Service was awful. Waited half hour to order food as the various servers wandered around and I tried to get their attention. Was still ignored so I ended up just paying for my drink and leaving. This place isn't that old, I don't know how all the booth seating can be ripped to shreds like this...

Our go to place when workmates need to hang after work, which is not all the time. The place is convenient because of the skytrain. The food and drinks are really good. My favourite is their Peach Tea, so good and for my dinner I had their Fish and Chips. Place was not too noisy and the price was reasonable. Our server, Dwight was very hospitable too. We will surely be back :)

Restaurant powered by location… and that’s all. Cheap and bad food tossed together into plates and served by a racist and lost waitress. I still feel sick from the 3 pint oily fries with my idk what burger.Won’t go again.

I have been to this place multiple times for work occasions and for solo trips and every single time I went, it’s been a different experience. When I first when there, the service was good and I enjoyed the drinks. But every single time after that, something bad happened. 2 times now when I asked for a table for a single person, I was treated rudely and told they had no tables or space even though half the place was empty. Every single time they did that, I pointed out a couple and they took me to one. I truly understand wanting to serve more people rather than one person but it really feels awful to be treated that way. Aside from that, all the food I tried here hasn’t been good. I gave it many chances but it’s really not good for the price you pay. The chicken wings were really dry, the mac and cheese lacked flavour, the bbq chicken arrived so cold and just was very sweet. The fries were not good, almost cold. I won’t be having food here anymore. The biggest thing that bothered me about it is the service. They only have a few servers and the rest can’t talk to you or help you, they just give you food or drinks and clean your table. 3 times now, I had to wait for AGES to order anything or to get my bill.I don’t think I’ll be visiting this place again.

We often go to The Hub for dinner. We always order the same things. Tonight, the chicken fingers were super dry. We told our server Nick about it, his response was use more dipping sauce. I said our son doesn’t like dipping sauce. He said, I’m not sure what you want me to do, pour water over them? I said you can just take them off the bill. He said oh, I can’t do that. We probably spend about $2000 a year there so $18 chicken fingers will cost much more in losing loyal customers. Customers are a long game, treat them well and they will return. Also, I did tell him that we have ordered them many times before. We also asked for water, it never did come and we ended up going to the bar and getting our own. The cob salad was excellent as always and the burger was great. Onion rings were also fantastic. Chicken wings were also quite dry so whoever was on the chicken station just over cooked the chicken.
