Most of the staff were cold to us, and when my mom asked politely if the umbrellas at the entrance are for the customers to borrow, the lady at the front desk shouted at my mom as if she was a thief. Dim Sum was very good. Very nice flavour. Feel very good after eating here not bloated or unsatisfied so I believe they do not over use MSG. Only downside was the old taste to the chicken feet. The sticky rice delicious. The sesame ball filled with coconut a real treat. Crysanthemum tea ( Guk fah) perfect. Service was attentive without being cloying. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The food was on the bland side. Services could be better. We asked for two different type of tea but received only our first request. Nobody bothered to come, check and add extra hot water. At the end they gave us our bill without asking whether we would like anything else.

We came here for a wedding banquet. The restaurant is located next to the Starlight casino with a pretty large parking lot. The dishes served were pretty decent although with some MSG. Overall a solid venue to host parties.

Food and service are ok but the dinner took over 3 hrs to complete which was considerably slower than the last time I visited. There were long pauses between courses and some of the courses were cold by the time they are served which really downgraded the experience. Feels like the kitchen is really short staffed.
Staff are rude. Noone answers phone call for take out or reservation. Wait time for food is long. The place has gone way downhill since the pandemic.

We moved to Metro Vancouver in 2019 and tried different types of cantonese & Dim sum restaurant and this is far best we had.The services are always good, we don't feel bad paying tips in this restaurant since the services are always good (unlike some restaurants where they take tips for granted without providing good serivce ) & the foods are tasty and the environment is clean with ample parking spaces nearby.Today, we went to have a lunch and to reserve a room for special event, the assistant manager, Ken Su was exceptionally kind and professional to explain all of our options and we reserved the room for the event.
