What happened? The dimsum quality and variety has gone down year after year? This was one of my favorites.
Today ordered BBQ duck - not fresh and dry.
BBQ pork - tasteless.
Shrimp spring roll - has chives inside.
Taro deep fried pastry - just luke warm.
Food not as good, compared to prior years. Service still good.
Sorry Kirin Starlight, I am going to the many options in Richmond after this latest disappointment.

Friendly staff and great foods
Delicious dim sum here. The service is excellent, they are very attentive. You can park in the covered parkade to avoid the heat. Very clean and nice interior and decor, cool water features.
