Had to give this place a 5/5 because of the sick mural done by Leven when they were 10! Also sushi was soooo good

Sushi rolls tasted very fishy (old) and the waitresses are pretty rude.

Very generic food that’s nothing special, definitely not genuine Japanese made sushi. I order from here online because there aren’t a lot of options in the New West area. Some word of advice though, do NOT dine in. Went with a friend at dinner time, the tables were empty, yet we stood at the door for 15 minutes waiting in a line. Finally we were told to sit anywhere. We then waited for 40 minutes twiddling our thumbs, weren’t given any water in that time, no acknowledgement that we were even there. A couple others seated nearby, who came in after us, walked up to place their order before us. Two waitresses were on duty, and seemed absolutely swamped by take out orders. A literal army of door dashers were standing around the entrance.
We finally were able to get the attention of one of them, stating how long we’d been there. She rolled her eyes at me and only said, “we’re busy.”
Fine, we can understand you’re busy, but maybe CLOSE the indoor dining if you’re not going to even pay attention to any of the tipping customers??

Fraudsters. Called immediately to cancel my order. The total instantly jumped up after placing my order. They lied and said I order through doordash or Uber eats despite putting my credit card info on their website. Had to go through visa to report their fraud. Avoid these scammers at all costs
Don’t worry about any bad reviews. This spot is the best. Food is amazing. Mackerelaburi nigiri is so good I literally can’t recommend enough.

Me and my wife love this place!
It’s our absolute favourite spot for sushi we normally get the chicken teriyaki bento box and it’s at a pretty good price you can expect to pay $30 for two people if you get 2 of bento boxes. They have good service and we have never experienced anything less from the staff, they have been nothing but kind towards us you can normally walk in and get a table right away and have food with in 5 to 10 minutes of ordering same goes for take outs.

Food picked up for takeout
My friend ordered scallop roll which she couldn’t eat so she gave it to me. It is barely palatable. I’m eating it because I’m cheap and it’s free. it has some weird indescribable strange taste.
She has a real crab roll. She didn’t like that either, but is choking it down.
STAFF is very RUDE ☹️
Food is nice , BUT how can one enjoy food when STAFF is RUDE , they need to learn customer service and have a smile on their face with welcoming gesture

poor staff doesnt know how to talk with a person i am a doordash driver and she doesnt know how to talk poor communication and so unprofessional stafff
ordered off skip and this is genuinely the saddest yakitori i’ve ever eaten AND laid my eyes upon. boba was good though.
What a dump. Place was filthy inside. Service, what service? Felt like we were bothering them by eating there. Didn't finish our meals. The miso soup had three small prices of tofu, the tempura was horrible, I'm glad we didn't eat the sushi, probably would have gotten sick. Worst Japanese Restaurant I've ever been to.
