Stopped in Saturday afternoon after a long stretch of flights and finally had a proper sit down meal, the zilzil tibs were smoky and rich in a way that put every North American version I've tried to shame. The owner came by our table twice to check in without being pushy about it, which felt genuine rather than rehearsed. This is our favourite restaurant and for past 3 years their taste is consistent and amazing. The awaze tibiso combo is what we get all the time and it’s the best.
