Customers have described the Mongo Bongo as a "great Mongolian grill place" that charges by the bowl, not the weight, leaving them feeling full. The owner, Peter, is known for his warm welcome, and the lovely bartender, Kaitlyn, provides a great witty sense of humor, keeping things light. The chef, Peter's son Aidan, is praised for his excellent food preparation. Overall, the Mongo Bongo is a highly recommended local family-run restaurant that provides a wholesome meal in a great environment.
