Their Lanzhou beef noodle soup and Cumin Lamb Fried Noodles never disappoint. The meat is tender and the noodles are the perfect texture of chewy. Fresh hand pulled noodles from here never dissapoints - take out on in person.

I can't say enough about this amazing jewel of a restaurant. Fresh cut noodles, pulled noodle from the broths to the fried its all amazing!! Then the pork dumblings and the lamb dumplings are so fresh and beautiful. It's authentic and delicious - if you like mild to hot, try this place as soon as possible. Most certainly on my top 5 list in new west and im a trained chef.

Delicious food. Hand made noodles and dumplings. I had Fried curry beef noodles and an order of pan fried dumplings and both were excellent. The restaurant is tiny and not very nice, more like a hawker shop or cafeteria style than a nicer restaurant. They aren't trying to serve fancy restaurant vibes, they are serving good food and promptly.The food is all made fresh to order, I watched him make a batch of dough between orders, it's that fresh.Go for the food, you won't be disappointed.

Randomly walking the new west station on cloudy day,out of blue decided to try this noodle house.I ordered the chicken noodle soup and it was an awesome experience.The aroma of dish and nicely prepared noodles made the soup taste wonderful.It was a very fillable portion for a one person and soup was so steaming hot that every bite tasted fresh.Hats off to hardworking employees and hope to try other delicaces in next visit.?
