Ordered pizzas for pickup. Both pizzas were sparce with toppings. One pizza barely had any cheese and the other was dry with little sauce. Not a great experience ordering from this location. I always had good experiences with the east columbia location

First thing I got to the store, Ming the delivery guy was swearing to the employees for a straight 10 minutes until told him to stop his behaviour. I asked if he always does that and he does. Everyone knows the behaviour… like.. what? Why upper management isn’t doing anything about it?
Also, got the pizza to celebrate with my parents and the pizza was terrible, very undercooked and tasteless. Never again

I just wanna thank Manpreet for her fantastic service on Saturday evening. She did everything and it was very sad that she was the only employee there late on a Saturday evening. How scary and very dangerous. I am very disappointed Panago would allow this.

Came here and ordered my pizza- picked it up and got in on time but when I’m there this guy was complaining to the woman working and she was doing everything and working hard and this guy a delivery driver I think idk but he comes in starts cutting pizza, throwing utensils and complaining to the lady working. Made me feel uncomfortable and the lady there was polite and got me my pizza so 5 stars for her

I’ve complained about one of your delivery drivers before and asked that he not make my deliveries. This was some time ago and I thought the issue was resolved. Then he showed up again about a month ago. He is a Chinese fellow and so rude - snatches the money, throws the food at you, no smile or pleasantries and very rude. This guy should not be in this kind of job.

So far the best pizza I've had in a while, the promotional truffle items were great. I'd say their only competition for healthier ingredients is Papa Johns.

Worst location have ruined and not gotten order correct more than 5x even when they are supposed to fix it they can’t do that correctly the driver bangs on your door like a police officer and is extremely rude doesn’t say hi or anything just hands you box and leaves even when you tip I refused to go here even when it’s close to me I drive the extra ten twenty minutes to pick up at another location
