This café in New Westminster is one of the best. The atmosphere is cozy and elegant, and their cakes and pastries are excellent. The quality and flavors of their drinks are also top-notch. The lunch menu is very tasty as well. One thing we especially like is the temporary painting exhibits that you can purchase if you like. It's a great addition and also changes the interior from time to time.
The coffee was very good, my bacon & cheese scone was very good and the cakes looked amazing.Although the cakes were very tempting, I particularly liked that I could get a savory snack. Most of the selection of smaller items were sweet but a lot of cafes don't offer any savory items outside of breakfast items or sandwiches.It is quite small and I can see it being difficult to get a seat on days when you can't (or don't want to) sit outside.

I ordered the cheesecake, latte, and chai tea latte. The cheesecake was excellent! It was your traditional cheesecake, dense and flavourful. The drinks were good too.I like the ambiance, it was quiet perfect for studying and reading. There were some students studying when I visited and some were just hanging out.Service was friendly and prompt. Plus it is very near my house so I can just walk.Highly recommended!
