Dropped by this cafe for the first time, it’s conveniently located at the new west sky train station; got nice seating area.My order of pistachio latte, pain au chocolat and strawberry dacaron was delicious. The croissant was so fresh and flaky just the way I like it, one bite and you can hear the crumbling crunch.Services are really friendly too! A good coffee spot and support local !

Ordered a Thai Milk Tea but only tastes the condense milk (very little thai tea favour) . I asked for light ice (which usually only 20% in other places) but half of my cup were filled with ice. Also the place is way more expensive than other places (8$ not including tips).

Only place I've been able to find vegan pain au chocolate other than in Abbotsford. Also have good regular croissants! They used to have vegan bahn mi as well but they were discontinued last time i went.

Visited Passenger Cafe and the customer service was phenomenal! The barista who opened the cafe was extremely enthusiastic when we walked in, asked if this was our first time (which it was) and immediately began to ask if we'd like some recommendations etc. He was great at selling the marshmallow biscoff cookies and did a great job being personable with us! He mentioned that management had recently changed and when our drinks were completed, he genuinely wanted to know our feedback bc some of their recipes had changed.We got the Ube Iced Latte w/ oat milk and Strawberry Latte w/ oat milk + pearls. He took initiative and asked how our drinks were and if he could make any changes to ensure we enjoyed the drinks. Specifically, he wanted to know if the strawberry was too sweet and my friend did note that it was a bit sweet. He immediately offered to tone it down because he genuinely wanted us to enjoy our drinks and have a great experience here! Absolutely wonderful! Would 100% come back just for the great customer service! Prices were reasonable too! Not sure what his name is, but he opened on Friday, Nov 10! Please give him a raise bc he 100% deserves it!They also offer 15% off for students! (w/ valid student ID)Dietary restrictions: Free milk alternative substitution!

I gave this place a second chance as it’s conveniently located, but my god the employees are so absurdly slow you could walk downstairs to Safeway, order three frappes, pick them up, walk back upstairs, and they still won’t be done pouring an Americano.Pastries have gotten significantly worse since the place has opened, and the price hasn’t gone down to compensate for whatever cheaper ingredients they’ve decided to use.
