Love the bingsoo, it is so good, just so good.
There is a lack of consistency at each location for service... Food is generally good though! I have regularly visited the location in Downtown Vancouver and have not had any problems there so far.
Today I visited the New West location. We waited nearly 30 minutes for the 3 taiyaki we ordered. Only to be told "we called you so many times and got no reply".
We were standing less than 5 ft away. It was very busy and loud - if the main two staff out front can not yell...read full review

Snowy Village, a popular Korean dessert spot, offers a delightful mango bingsoo that is perfect for sharing. The chocolate bingsoo is not recommended due to the chocolate not being very good and limited toppings. Snowy Village also serves banana milk, taiyaki, and sweet and savory toasts. The restaurant gets packed easily, and there can be long wait times. However, the servers are praised for their amazing service, being kind, making desserts quickly, and bringing them to the table. Take out orders come in thermal bags.
