Service was disappointing. It took a long time for staff to even acknowledge me..The Indian lady just glanced at me once from far without saying a word while I was trying to order. On top of that, I was told I couldn’t choose my own toppings which is just crazy as that’s not how subway works.

I was ordering a sub. The employee used the same pair of gloves to touch the wall and then the bread for my order and then money from the previous cuatomer. I quickly stopped her and asked that she change gloves. I will not be back at this location.

I ordered a meal through subway app at this location for delivery, it was a combo including sandwich, a side and a drink. I got the order 5-7 minutes ago and the drink is missing. I am trying to reach out the restaurant since then but they are not even picking up the call. I just had to let them know that I didn’t get the drink and it’s not a big deal. I also understand that they might be busy with their closing tasks but dude, you guys are closing at 12 and you cannot ignore a call already half an hour before. If a customer wants to order on call, are you guys not supposed to respond to take the order? It is so rude. Please guys work on this.

I wish i could gave 0 star to this location. Disgusting and poor service by a lady . I won’t recommend to anyone unless you want to waste your money and time. Very bad experience i wish they train their employees to atleast communicate nicely with the customers.

Not happy to buy footling nachos. Not allowed eney extra topping or avocado even if we pay. Every question i ask the answer is no . Not happy Not going back. When making this she broke all the chips . Making it unhappy meal . Sad to be there .

Everytime i go there they never pay attention to their customers. Few times I did wait for 10 minutes that they will take my order but they were busy with chatting inside or one time nobody even came to see that somebody is waiting. Zero customer service.

Went in on a wenesday around 5 pm I used to go to this location all the time but much has changed since. I asked for a tiny bit of 3 sauces and repeated that I wanted a small bit and he put a ridiculous amount on each sauce. I had never seen someone put that much sauce in general not to mention when I asked for less. Way too much meat and no lettuce. I paid for 4 cookies which I did not receive in the bag and when I noticed I was already home. I would go back for compensation but considering the staffs attitude in general I don’t expect anything but an argument that is not worth it. I would recommend not to come here and waste your money or time.

awful location, any time i’ve added bacon to my veggie i pay 2.20 and only this location gives me literally 2 pieces on my foot long? how is my bacon crispy but my sandwich isn’t toasted?
