Every time I visit Sushi Well, I’m impressed by the warmth and dedication of the team. You can feel the passion they have for what they do. The food is absolutely delicious, but what truly stands out is the care and kindness in the service. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again. Also, the tempura ice cream was amazing. The perfect way to end a great meal!

Service and Atm are amazing ! I ordered tray A and Salmon sashimi,, that will fill u up for sure !! not sure if sashimi can be served dipped in hot sauce ? i forgot to ask all sushi will come with pink rice which is cool.. good quality.

must haves are hotate fry and salmon oshi, will most definitely come back for more and to try the other oshis 🙂↕️👍🏼 we also tried the house roll (not in photo), it was alright 😔 rated 4 stars for atmosphere cause it was really hot in the restaurant 🥲 but other than that, all good things tbh

I had a great experience at this sushi restaurant. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the menu had a great variety to choose from. The quality of the food overall was excellent — everything tasted delicious and was beautifully presented. The customer service was also excellent — the staff were friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Went here about a year ago for dinner. One of our sushi rolls had a small piece of plastic within the roll. They did remake the roll but that was it. No apology or discount which was surprising to me as I have worked in the service industry for years.
Today we decided to give this restaurant another chance… we walked in this afternoon when it wasn’t very busy. We were asked to pick our own seat so we picked a table and sat down. We sat there about 5-10 minutes with no help, no water and not even menus. Although that was annoying… the frustrating part was that other people were coming in after us and getting help right away while we were being ignored. This is a small restaurant and it was not busy… unsure why we were ignored so we walked out and left.

Disappointed.. was my go-to sushi restaurant. Servers were great, but got an order of mango roll and ate all except one of it to realize the mango was rotten. If I didn't open it up, I wouldn't have known. I think I'm hesitant to come back..

I used to fight people about this being the best sushi place in New Westminster, but I think that’s now changed.
I ordered a lunch sashimi Bento box to go and it was $22 with tax. This box used to be $17 not even that long ago. The prices were misrepresented on their website as well.
They asked me if I would like chicken or beef when placing my order and they charged me an extra dollar for beef without telling me. It seems like this is just a standard option?
The food was good, but I was hungry after eating it. It almost seems low-carb since there was no rice with the teriyaki. The fish quality was good, but it’s definitely lesser than it used to be.
So disappointed at how small and expensive it is now. :(
