We enjoy this pub and the food is very good; especially the pizza. I had the Smash Burger today and it was good - the fries were great. The servers are always friendly and cheerful, but sometimes they are overrun when the place is crowded - not enough staff at times.

Potato skins tasted like the lid was left off the seasoning salt. staff were great but no one knew how to use the tv system and kept changing the stations during a football game. The owner seemed lost in basic activities.

We came because we were regulars of Lexi at her other job. Lexi was awesome there so we came to see her here. It was awesome as always to see her, and she asked Tatiana to take care of us, saying that she wanted to leave us with an awesome server. Tatiana absolutely lived up, friendly, fun, helpful, and made the night awesome. The pizzas we ordered were both great, and the drinks all hit the spot. Everything was fantastic. We were seated at the back patio as well, at Lexi's recommendation, and it was beautiful and comfortable. Would gladly go again.

Rivers Reach used to be the spot. Proper pints, cracking Sunday roasts, and staff who actually seemed to enjoy their jobs. You’d fight for a table on a Friday night because it was worth it. That was then. The new owners are entirely to blame for ruining this place. They’ve slashed the menu to a handful of microwaved “classics,” the beer lines clearly haven’t been cleaned in weeks (hello, vinegar IPA), and the once-cosy interior now looks like someone raided a skip for mismatched furniture. Worst of all? The way their managers treat the waitresses. I watched one poor girl get publicly berated in front of a packed bar for a minor mix-up with an order. No apology, no discretion—just shouting and eye-rolling like she was an inconvenience. The staff look utterly miserable: shoulders slumped, eyes fixed on the floor, forcing thin smiles that vanish the second they turn away. No one chats with customers anymore; they hover like ghosts, flinching at every sharp call from the pass. You can practically feel the tension radiating off them, and who can blame them? Turnover must be through the roof.Avoid unless you enjoy overpriced mediocrity served with a side of workplace toxicity. What a waste of a once-brilliant pub. The new owners are to blame

Server repeatedly ignored and walked by us and the only way we got service was to flag another server down. There was various issues with the food, but no server came by for the entirety of the meal and had to flag someone down for the bill because she had disappeared again. Its a mid last resort pub at best

Christina was our server, and she was 100% on point. The Saturday half price pizza is my new go to. Reasonable prices on draft beer and deep fried pickles saved my hangover.

We ordered from Uber Eats because they never served us at the restaurant (left with my boyfriend after being ignored over 15 minutes) it’s disgusting food… the Shepherds pie was badly defrosted and tasted like garbage. Macaroni and cheese wasn’t even macaroni noodles, they were a stale rotini. Perogy pizza had a hard crust and the toppings were all rubbery. Trying to get a full refund through Uber because we cannot eat dinner period. It’s that gross… never coming back (wouldn’t even eat it drunk!)

Feom the moment we walked in i felt uncomfortable. No one there to greet people , bartender did not look happy to see us. My girlfriend and I never got served, we waited 15 minutes. I would have been happy to wait longer if someone had even acknowleged we came and sat for dinner.
I slowly stood up while a server watched (again she didn't acknowledge us, no one did the entire time we were there) Until I started to leave and was face to face with the only friendly face we'd met so far. She apologized for the wait, but at that point we no longer felt welcome. The whole experience was so awkward- we went grocery shopping to cook dinner instead.
Next time just someone please say hello, or even a simple hi would have made all the difference. We would have gladly waited however long it took if someone greeted us.

Used to love this place but service has gone down hill. I believe Christina was my server the drink wait times were awful. 30+ mins for drinks and server was upset after we mentioned how long the waits were.

Awesome spot to catch football on Sundays. Great vibe, friendly crew, and they pour a perfect pint of Guinness.
