I was very pleased with my server Ella, who provided exceptional customer service. I was disappointed with the food, but that was not her fault. I had ordered some amazing spinach and artichoke dip. However, the chips were chewy and stale. She did bring out some more however they were the same thankfully, they took it off the bill without any problems aside from that I was very impressed. Every table was full and it looked like everyone was having a great time. I will definitely be back thank you Ella for your fantastic service.

Drinks and food were very good, and the atmosphere was nice. We’ve been there several times before, but this past Saturday the service was really bad. At first, our waitress seemed attentive, but after taking our first order, we had to get up several times just to ask for anything else. We were a large group, and when some of us asked for the bill, she didn’t seem to care and took over 15 minutes to bring it. Since the tip was already included due to the size of the group, it felt like they just didn’t care about the service. They should consider hiring real servers, not just people with a pretty face. Really disappointing service. Service is everything!
We quite liked this place, but with the recent price hikes & no more deal days/50% off pizza I doubt we will be back very soon
UPDATE they have re-added half off pizza days! Awesome to see they listened to their customers. I’ve updated my rating!
