I asked for everything bagle with extra chiptole sauce and crispy onions and they forget to add extra and then i had ask again for the same thing and one of their employee said i did not even ask for it and third time she just gave me as it is without even adding sauce… it was not at all tasty i had to end up throwing it.. i think employees needs to be trained
Shout out to Rose who truly made my day with her excellent customer service skills. This location is quite busy but Rose went out of her way by making me feel special. It’s the extra touches that count ?

I rushed in to get some tim bits for work. None of the machines were working and I had no other way to pay. The person serving me was gracious and kind. She took care of my bill and I will always remember her kindness when I was stressed out. Karma will reward her!
