White Spot New Westminster

Gave this location another chance and the food was made and waiting to be delivered to our table. It was sitting there for approximately 10 minutes before it was delivered to our table.
Food was Luke warm.
I ordered poached eggs - Soft and they were medium.
Will not give this location another chance. We have given them enough chances.

Had to wait for quite a while to get a table but our waitress was absolutely phenomenal. Food was a miss… kinda’ cold and sloppy presentation. Ate without complaint after the long wait for a table…

It's a reliable good place to get food. We have been going here for decades. Not high end, yet still enjoyable. Safe. Solid.

Never can go wrong with white spot! I been coming here since I was a little kid! And the food is good same with desserts! I come here quite frequently and the staff are lovely I recommend to come here:)!

Service is friendly and professional. The food is delicious. It took a bit longer than the usual waiting time in other white spot location to serve our order. If you're not rushing, this is a good place to go to.

Frustrated with this location and their inability to consistently fulfill accurate pickup orders. Missed two order of fries, didn't put bacon on a bacon cheddar cheeseburger, and in the preceding visit gave a chocolate milk instead of a milkshake. While we appreciate the $25 gift card, the restaurant should take more initiative in getting things right, either through full reimbursement or sending the food that wasn't provided in the first place. Considering the prices, it shouldn't be too much to ask for.

went for brunch, ordered the prawn and avocado bowl, charred tomato & spinach benedict and obviously the famous milkshake 🙂‍↕️ the milkshake is always amazing, hands down - never had a bad experience with the milkshake 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼 the prawn and avocado bowl was pretty good, i don’t think i’d go back to have it again 😔 the charred tomato and spinach benedict was 🧍🏻‍♂️also there was a hair on it but unfortunately my gf and i are the type to not return and inconvenience the servers. also, it was moderately busy but it took a long bit for the server to check with us 😭 also this was when that big earthquake hit and no one in the restaurant felt it, so at least yknow that white spot is stiff 👍🏼

It was a few years ago but my niece has been recently and said everything was just as I had rated it 👌 Well done White Spot 👏 😍

I’ve come here with my family and tonight’s food and service were excellent. Our server was really good, laughing and joking with us. Also, she was attentive and ensured we weren’t without refills or napkins. Isabella was her name and she was lovely. Food was excellent, delicious!!!

I ordered through Uber eats on friday night. I got the donduri teriyaki bowl with mackerel and crispy brussel sprouts. When I received the order, the crispy brussel sprouts were burnt and was soooo oily that it soaked through the box, and they placed in the box upside down. So much oil and ceaser dressing covered in cheese. Could not eat it and ended up throwing it away. The donduri bowl was not good either. The mackerel was overcooked that the edges were hard. Rice was not completely done with crunchy bits. On one side was no teriyaki sauce, and the other was soaked in the teriyaki. The rice adsorded most of the sauce on one side.The sauce was so sweet that it took me 2 tries to try and finish it with no luck. That was my dinner, and I was starving. Absolutely ruined my night. I have been to this white spot many,many times, and have never experienced such terrible food. I have always enjoyed this white spot, and that is why I am so shocked and upset about this matter. Also,my bill was $45ish, and I expected a lot better.
