Wild Thyme doesn’t just serve Lebanese food, it serves home. You walk in and it smells like someone’s grandmother has been slow-roasting garlic and blessings since sunrise. It’s small, always packed, and absolutely worth the wait. I’m convinced half of New West is just standing outside hoping for a table.
Now the food? Ridiculous. I ordered the chicken tawouk and it showed up looking like it had been plated with love and possibly divine intervention. The garlic sauce alone could end wars. The hummus is smooth, bold, and just disrespectfully good. And don’t even get me started on the saj bread. It’s like edible magic carpet material.
Portions are enormous. You think you’re ordering lunch, and suddenly you’re staring down a tray that could feed a wedding. Staff are warm and clearly proud of what they’re serving, and they should be. This isn’t fast food. This is soulful, unapologetic, flavor-loaded comfort. Wild Thyme isn’t just a restaurant, it’s a full-on experience.
Great food and very nice servers
Very nice experience! Wish we had come here sooner. Delicious food, good service, great atmosphere.
Their chicken Mandi was amazing. We ordered their chicken and rice and lamb shanks as well they were pretty bad the chicken with rice had no taste
The kafta rice is just the best I’ve had in my entire life! It’s like mom’s home cooked food! Thank you

The best in town for sure 👍
Very popular Lebanese pizza spot in New West. I had the flatbreads and local (Lebanese local) wine. Cocktails were seasonal and delicious as well.
Easily the best Lebanese food in Metro Vancouver!
Wild Thyme blew me away. Everything tasted homemade and full of flavor — from the freshly baked pita and manakeesh straight out of the oven to the crispy, zesty fattoush salad. Portions are generous, the meat is top quality, and every dish we tried was seriously delicious. We also had their rose water drink — super refreshing and the perfect complement to the meal. Can’t recommend this place enough if you’re craving authentic, satisfying Lebanese food.
Been having food here for the past 2 years. Consistent excellent food. I'm vegetarian and always come here for the falafel. I'd come more often if they served it during dinner as well 😉😉😉.
New wests hidden gem!
