The atmosphere is cozy, with a beautiful view, but some customers noted the need for better cleanliness. The staff is friendly and efficient, although there were mixed feelings about the expectation of tipping. Despite a hiccup with a spoiled banana loaf, the food quality was generally good. It's a nice spot for a quick coffee break with a view at the top, serving up hot chicken and bagel sandwiches with tasty spreads. The cappuccino was okay, but the peppermint mocha lacked peppermint flavor. The service was generally good, with excellent service from Amanda, who ensured the customers' coffee was perfect.
