I just want to commend the staff this morning when they had to confront a guest who was making them uncomfortable. The manager who spoke to the guest handled it with such grace and composure. If you haven’t worked in customer service, you may not know how hard it is. I also appreciate the male customer who stood back, let the manager do her thing, but was also close enough to step in if needed. That is an ally.
