Ordered off the display advert a “Pepperment Mocha latte - checkout chick says, “Don’t have it!” No smile, no explanation. I pointed at the glowing display board and said again, I want one of those - she answers “You can have a latte, but no peppermint”. I adjust order surmising she means they are out of peppermint- with my order came two vouchers for, you guessed it, Peppermint Mocha Lattes. �
Just like any Tims in the evening, cafe feels homey. Not many people around so there is not much of a lineup.
Way understaffed in the morning.
There is a line up out the door every morning, and they only ever have one person working there. It took me over 20 mins to get a coffee.
Whoever is in charge of scheduling their staff in the morning needs to add at least two more staff in the a.m.
