Ice Cream Shops near Okanagan Falls

“A place our family has gone for ice cream since 2000. 24 years! Always a summer tradition that has created so many great and happy memories and good times. Sadly, this year (last night) my wife was treated poorly by an aggressively rude young lady - an employee - that outright yelled at her to "Move all the way to the end of the line! - Now!" In a rather military fashion. My wife had merely and quite innocently tried to explain that she was waiting to talk to the lovely young lady that was serving us. I would like to offer a gentle reminder that the people in that lineup are the very reason that your business exists, so perhaps a more polite approach to herding them along should be considered. It's the first time in 24 years we have had a negative experience, so hopefully it will be the last.“

1 scoop is quite huge so I would only recommend one either way it’s very good variety of flavours and high quality the hours should be in my opinion and other family members opinion sis that the hours should be extended to atleast 9:30-10:00

“Customer service was fantastic. All of the employees helping us today were very kind, efficient, and very helpful. I was impressed by the cheerful ladies insisting on taking our food out to the tables with us instead of having us make a couple trips back and forth from the counter. Sadly you don't often see service like that in fast food. Well done to the staff!“
