About Meyer Family Vineyards

Meyer Family Vineyards is a highly regarded small winery known for its exceptional Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Visitors consistently praise the friendly and knowledgeable staff, including Angela, Julia, and Alison, who make tasting experiences warm and welcoming. The winery excels in producing classic Pinot Noir, such as the McLean Road '23, which offers classic characteristics and can be enjoyed now or aged. The Micro Cuvée '23 features firm tannins and is suitable for aging, while the Chardonnay from Washington is lighter, contrasted by the winery's own chardonnays that have a hint of vanilla from a short time in oak and lively fruits on the palate. The winery's legacy includes a field of gewurztraminer, which remains as a special feature.

Guests appreciate the quality and value of the wines, often leaving with cases and signing up for the wine club, which offers options like 4 or 12 wines per shipment and a 10% discount. Meyer Family Vineyards is recognized as one of the top small wineries in Canada and BC, ranking #2 in Canada and #3 in BC in 2025 NWAC. Visitors also enjoy the welcoming atmosphere for their dogs and look forward to outdoor tastings in summer. Overall, Meyer Family Vineyards is celebrated for its wonderful wines, friendly service, and warm hospitality.

Generous tasting experience with knowledgable staff about things unique to their region of the valley. Best Pinot noir in the region, but you need to go early in the season to get to taste it before it's sold out.
Lovely spot for wine tasting.Good wines.Very pretty gardens.Enjoyed our visit.
Wonderful small winery. We were taken excellent care of by Angela, and by the winery dog Chris Helmsworth. She explained the winemaker if left to his own devices would grow only Pinot noir and chardonnay - both of which the winery excels in. But when the owners purchased the property there was a field of gewurztraminer, which the have kept as a legacy. See photo of the wines we tasted. The chardonnay from Washington was lighter, while the home grown ones were just to our liking....read full review
