Ordered a few burgers for my family with uber eats, they messed up the order, didn’t give napkins or anything, and all together we found 8 hairs in the food, looked like beard hair short thick and black. Disgusting.

Not sure what their strawberry shake is made of..but it was disgusting!! We went thru the drive thru requested ketchup twice...and guess what no ketchup.. teen burgers were a huge disappointment!

Just ordered 3 tern burger specials. They were all awesome. Fresh ingredients. Hot burgers. Not greasy. Perfect. They even looked like the ad picture.
The food was hot and fresh. It was delightful. Haven’t had onion rings in so long and they were fabulous! We did drive through.

I haven't had a burger in years, but when I read about their beef being antibiotic free and with fewer hormones, I decided to give it a try. I got a coupon book in the mail and kept it in my glove compartment. Yesterday I was on my way back from Nanaimo and was hungry so I decided to try the Parksville A&W. I was absolutely amazed at teen burger I got. It was loaded with everything that I like in a burger - raw onion, pickles, tomato and lettuce. I asked them to hold the cheese. It was delicious! Everything was fresh. As for the place itself, it was spanking clean. And there was no loud music. And with the coupon, I got a great deal! The person who served me was sweet and asked all the right questions. It was a wonderful experience and I will be going back there, for sure.
