It's been a long time since I've been to a restaurant that had such amazing staff. It felt so much like a family atmosphere. The food was great for all of us. We will definitely be back when in Parksville again.

I had nice and peaceful dinner with my children. Service was excellent, and our waitress Rachel was very kind and smiley. Our order arrived on the table in timely manner and her interactions with us left very warm and pleasant fillings.Absolute satisfaction! Thank you Rachel and those who was behind scene.

The waitress was very friendly, most of the staff we crossed eyes with, shared a nice smile. It had been a while that we've been at Smitty's. We like the reasonable prices, especially during these expensive times, and tasty food. We should pop in a bit more, if/when we can and then I'd like to explore more food dishes there, as when we do go, I always seem to stick with the same dish. My husband has tried more dishes and I never heard a complaint. I do like their Hollandaise sauce, quite nice ?
I love it here! The food is fantastic. I'd recommend the Philly cheese melt, it is amazing! Brenda was super attentive and nice. We always come here when visiting Parksville from Victoria, always a great experience!

I got fries with my order, the server told my husband that his would take another minute because they were a fresh batch and would be hot. Mine were cold. I ordered the Veggie burger. It tasted like someone mashed some black beans and burned them on the grill. No flavoring at all. It was inedible. The server said that's the way it goes sometimes. No offer for discount. Won't be going back.

Don't go here if you are expecting to eat and leave in a timely fashion. It takes forever for your server to take drink orders, food orders, collect empty plates, bring the bill and take payment. Went for breakfast yesterday and it took over 2 hours. Don't even think about someone checking to see how your food is. I hope it isn't always like this.
