I tried to drop off a UPS pkg going to the US, just like I have been doing for the past 2 years and the lady there was completely unprofessional, condescending and unhelpful. I explained that I send frequently and that I didn’t need anything else before and asked if this was something new and she said no. I found out later, that this was indeed a new thing.
