When we attempted to order halibut we were told that they ran out, but on our way out we heard someone ordering and being told they could have halibut. At the...read full review
The views at this property are incredible! Perfect for a weekend away. But if you’re planning on booking for a wedding, please don’t. Or do, if you are comfortable with being told it was pretty much your fault. Sadly for our wedding, the communication from the start was difficult and in the end resulted in frustrations. My second time staying here and can’t wait to be back again! The Bayside Restaurant & Lounge offers a delightful dining experience, featuring a menu with delectable options like mussels, seafood chowder, shrimp, steak, poke bowl, and jambalaya. The restaurant is known for its professional service, with friendly and attentive staff providing helpful suggestions. Guests have enjoyed dishes like the west coast club on a croissant, coconut shrimp, sablefish, and mushroom pasta. Recent visitors recommend trying the surf, which was very good, and the fish and fries, though the batter was not fully cooked initially but was replaced along with a rebate. The club house is also popular among diners. The atmosphere can be fairly quiet at times, but the stunning water view enhances the overall experience, making it enjoyable with delicious food and outstanding service. The restaurant is praised for its easy parking and nice grounds to explore after dinner. While some feel the dining room could be warmer and more inviting, the overall experience remains highly recommended for a lovely evening.
