Ice cream machine always seems 'broken' in the evenings. Hearing the majority of the staff talk in a different language is also not one of my favorite things. And no, nothing to do with racism....Lots going on in their parking lot ?

One of the best McDonalds on the island.Not sure who owns and operates this location but they do a terrific job.It’s a very busy place but the drive thru moves right along and the staff they hire are friendly and competent.This franchise runs like a well oiled machine. The difference between other locations such as Nanaimo is very noticeable.Glad we have the best McDonalds in our little city of Parksville.Keep up the good work!
