This was my 4th dip+dine over the past decade. While the food was the best it has ever been, the service / speed at which the tapas were served was the slowest ever… 20min between mostly 3 bite tapas is way too long.
How this place gets any less than a 5 star review is beyond me. Quite literally THE BEST FOOD I HAVE EVER TASTED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. The dishes were wildly creative, utilizing exotic local ingredients in exciting and provocative ways; even though you know what's coming next, you are surprised by each dish. The wine pairings mesh seamlessly with the perfection of each dish so its hard to tell where the food ends and wine begins.

We came to Treetop Tapas after spending our afternoon at the Grotto Spa the day after our wedding. We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing and exceptional experience. Heather was our server at Treetop and she took the whole experience above and beyond. She treated us with such kindness and care, and knew the answer to every question we had about the menu and the wine.
