Not only were their wines delicious and their views the best, they also rescued my lost wallet and tracked me down over land and sea just to hand it back. Lovely folk!

The service there was terrible. We went for a tasting and the older gentleman serving us was incredibly unfriendly and borderline rude. He made us feel that we were inconvencing him by wanting a wine tasting. When we later asked to try another dessert wine he responded by saying "you should have told me earlier while I had the glasses out". Needless to say this made for an incredibly terrible experience.

We’ve always made it a priority to come to D’Angelos to stock up on their late harvest wine whenever we are in Penticton but we were significantly disappointed with our last tasting. The older gentleman helping us with the tasting was rude and made it feel as though we were imposing in on him. We are big fans of D’Angelos but are hesitant to return based on this experience.

Excellent stop on a winery tour! It's on the smaller side with an excellent view and delicious Italian sandwich truck. The sandwiches are made to order and incredibly tasty. Their wines are also incredibly tasty and seemingly unpretentious, although they're very well done and stand up to the competition. Make sure to have enough time to enjoy a sandwich (or bring your own picnic) with that classic lake view.

My friends and I came here for a wine tasting a few days ago. We had about 8 kids with us who really appreciated the swing set and large grassy field. We enjoyed our wine tasting and the yummy sandwich stand.
Great family friendly location.

We enjoyed our tasting with the owner, so it was indeed, a special experience. This man’s been involved in the industry for a lot of years. He is definitely a wealth of information on the Okananan wine industry, and how it’s developed over the decades. One might say he “knows where some of the bodies are buried…“ In all seriousness, we enjoyed some great tasting wine here, and surprisingly, there was no tasting fee! Where do you find that these days? All in all, a very friendly vibe here at this family owned, and run winery. We couldn’t help but leave with some wine.

Benvenuto! D'Angelo Winery & Guest House roots began in Ontario (Essex County 1980’s) with Sal and parents immigrating from Italy with a vision to transplant “La dolce vita” here in Canada. At a young age, Sal learned the beautiful tradition of winemaking with his father and then grandfather during a visit to explore his roots. After years searching for his dream, Sal found a gorgeous 50 acre parcel south of Windsor where he could carry on his family’s legacy.Years later and after much success a serendipitous visit to the Okanagan started the new chapter we love and appreciate-becoming one of the original wineries on the Naramata Bench in 2005.This estate grown, hand harvested, field to glass winery is a stunning rustic Italian “MUST VISIT” in the heart of wine country. Authentic Italian hospitality and atmosphere it is definitely a perfect place to soak in the sun, sip wonderful wines and stay and discover.Carrying the torch is daughter Stephanie whom offers a warm and fun experience and winemaking son Chris whom is passionately improving the terroir driven approach with forward thinking ways. Highlights: Tempranillo, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Pinot Noir and Canada’s ONLY Montepulciano!? ?? ???☀️ A bright future destined here!Don’t forget: Danelo's Italian Sandwiches is on site for fresh, homemade, authentic Italian paninis.

Much more laidback and relaxed than the other wineries we visited in the area, the tastings occur just outside the main building on the veranda. Quite a few wines from D'Angelo surprised and differentiated themselves from the wineries around this area. D'Angelo had the only Tempranillo we tasted in the area plus the dessert and late harvest wines really hit the mark. The group delved deep into the Viognier and the Dolce Vita Rosso sipped amazingly. If you enjoy some variety from the dominant grapes of the region this is definitely one of the spots to visit.

I recently visited this winery. Boy it is in a beautiful location overlooking Lake Okanagan. Our wine tasting experience was excellent. We are from Ontario and they even shipped our wine home, which arrived a few days after we were home. Their red wines are very good and made with their own grapes. They do not ship any grapes in. The owner Sal has been in the wine business for over 30 years and it shows through the quality of their wines. I highly recommend D'Angelo Estate Winery.

The wine is great but the sandwiches! Mamma mia! I've spent over 20 years in Italy and I come back every year specifically for the Italian sandwiches. No other place gets this close to ACTUAL Italian panini. I highly suggest the wine tasting then the sandwich. No feedback on the guest house since we didn't stay there.
