Shantelle was so amazing!! We loved being here. :) She took the time to walk us through the nuances of white wines, from varietals to tasting techniques, and we learned so much while sipping. The passion and care she brought to the experience made it feel personal and enriching. A must-visit for anyone curious about white wines!

Tropical beaches, endless vineyards and beautiful landscape… yes we have a slice of Portugal in our own backyard!

Ancestry of farming and winemaking in the stunning Azores from the 1700’s, Da Silva Vineyards & Winery is a lovely story of passion, new lands and vision! Carrying on family legacy into Canada was grandfather Jose Aliva Sr whom emigrated to the south okanagan in 1955 and purchased his Naramata orchard in 1959. Carrying the torch, grandson Richard (Okanagan College) whom enjoyed a brief stint in technology fervently pursued his dream of wine with his darling wife Twylla in 2006. 6 terroir driven vineyards capture gentle nuanced microclimates and expressing soils all be perfectly field blended to give tribute to his Portuguese heritage.

This award winning portfolio is best sipped at their quaint wine cottage and epicurean Portuguese tapas themed restaurant on the Naramata Bench. West facing patio witnesses the most spectacular sunsets! 🌅 ❤️🏆🍷🦐🍇

Iberian masterpiece The Kitchen by Abul Adame (Mexico, Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts) transports guests with the gorgeous comforts of Spanish/Portuguese shareables. Travelled and passionate Chef Abul meticulously fine tunes his seasonal menu with new recipes as well as keeping local favourites to excite foodie and critic alike. Truly one of my absolute favourite dining experiences in Canada!

Tapas is not just an art form, but a way of life! Celebrate life- eat well, drink well!

Thank Shantel for the sensational tasting experience and for going above and beyond! Graceful, fun and a true pleasure.

Thank you Maria for the wonderful tableside and ensuring we had the best time!

Shantelle provided an excellent tasting experience showcasing the wineries two different options. Fun, friendly service and excellent wines. The Legado Chardonnay was a clear winner for us!

Had a relaxed tasting and chat with shantelle..guessing spelling so sorry. Was nice as a wine guy not to be rushed and have a conversation with a knowledgeable hostess so thx. Enjoyed the wines.

Beautiful location and a creative food menu. Tapas style. Serves local wines. Trying to emulate the European dining experience, so food arrives in separate portions and in a random order. But it gets stretched out a bit too much for my tastes.

The staff was incredible and welcoming! Very knowledgeable about the wine and area. Fantastic pairing of wines and chips (yes, AMAZING!). Definitely with a stop.

Best experience of the day! Do yourself a favor and go do a tasting here. The wine was excellent!! And service even better. Run, do not walk on this wonderful winery!

We just had a wonderful tasting, Winterfest... 4 delicious wines paired with 4 different chips (Piri Piri, Truffle, etc). Just bring some canned goods for a donation and the tasting is free! Highly recommended 👌.

We had a vegetarian person at our table and there was no thought and flavour for all of the vegetarian tapas that we ordered.
Ther server was fantastic and location was great though.

Honestly, the experience was top tier. We did a wine tasting followed by dinner service. The dinner was incredible and reasonably priced. However, we were bombarded by flies, which ruined what would otherwise have been a perfect experience. The view from the patio of the dinner service was great as well.

Twylla, our host, was very knowledgeable, her romance of the wines and food menu was fantastic. My girlfriend and I are new to wine scene, and Twylla was very welcoming and was great at introducing us to the wines they have. We bought a bottle of the Vinho Branco, will definitely return!
