This restaurant has become one of our favourites when we are in Penticton. The food is soooooo good ,the atmosphere great,we got to sit on the patio so watched all the kite surfers and wind surfers flying over the lake. Our server Angela was warm ,friendly and very attentive. I had the chicken sando and it was huge and didn't disappoint, my husband really enjoyed the burger as well. Portions are generous and I have to say I had one of the best Long Island Iced teas I have ever had. Just a great place to go .

Had reservations for 20 people booked last week. We only had one waitress. Didn’t receive food until 1.5 hours later….it was cold. The plates came out randomly…1 or 2 at a time and everyone ate at different times. Flies everywhere…people covered their food with napkins. Terrible terrible experience and a waste of everyone’s time. We are all Penticton residents and support restaurants in the off seasons…..certainly will no longer support this restaurant.

We live in Vernon and every time we go to Pentiction a visit to the Dragon boat pub is a must. The location can not be beat, right on the lake, the food is great and our recent visit there Justin and his team went above and beyond to provide a great experience. We can't wait to visit there again.

Very attentive service! Waitress gave me excellent recommendations. Observed other staff go out of their way to assist customers. Definitely will return. Fried chicken sandwich was juicy and well seasoned.
Went there to enjoy some food but everything that we wanted was unavailable due to shortage of food. Service was basic and the person who brought us to our table did not let us ahead of time that they were almost out of most foods. The waitress didn't even tell us that they were out of most food when serving our drinks. Notice that they had a bat flying around in the ceiling when asking about it they said oh he's harmless he's been here for about a year. I think that goes against health and safety regulations. I don't think anybody wants back droppings in their food or on them while they're trying to eat 🤔

Took over 1.5 hrs to get a quesadilla and fish tacos…. Ended up getting it bagged. Not great or worth the wait. Service was nearly non existent

Service was great, usually we really enjoy the food as well but i do have allergies and can tell the cleanliness is slacking. Also the wait time was kind of crazy. We like to come frequently and most of the time I don't have reactions but you guys need to work on keeping the fryers clean. The cross contamination is killing me. I usually don't have to worry but today was brutal and I will be out of commission for at least 3/4 days because things weren't cleaned be it the fryers or the surfaces. Please please please work with the chefs on the importance of cleanliness/allergies, I'd hate to have to stop coming here because I literally will die.
