This business rejected our $100 promotional gift certificate because it was 2 days past the expiration date. They basically stole our $100. I will never again patron this restaurant.
I recently had a disappointing dining experience at Ouzeria in Penticton. Despite making a reservation, my party and I had to wait for an hour and a half for service to even begin. To make matters worse, when our appetizers finally arrived, only half of our order was brought to the table.

Do NOT dine in on Wednesday evenings! They have a weekly special on, and are way too busy for the kitchen and staff to handle.
I had made a reservation for 6 pm, but we stood in the doorway for 25 minutes before we were seated. Once seated, we ordered 2 appetizers and 6 entrees. The 1 appetizer arrived over an hour later (at 7:30), at which point we were ready to leave. The second appy never arrived.
