Friendly service, great food and nailing the Christmas vibe! Stopped for a burger after shopping today. Burger was hot and fresh. Store was quite busy but the staff seemed to be handling everything professionally and with a smile.

Very busy and I feel that the order system of finding the item and entering it is much much slower. Furthermore the board thar shows your number for pick up is dropping orders we placed T the counter which defeats the purpose entirely. It was mass chaos the restaurant was loaded and we were watching the board and people numbers never showed up. Never again for me. The only good thing was that the counter staff were pleasant and jumped I to order verbally. It was really something to observe. Crazy would be the best word to describe it.

Everytime I come to this McDonald's the service is below par , itactually bucks, the employees are very rude, the manager ignores people when being addressed ,and they totally made me wait 20 minutes for a burger and deleted my order..when asked about my order I was handed myfood like I was a criminal...these people should nor be in the food industry ..maybe prison system...

If you drive thru check your order before you drive away, it's iffy if they get it rite the first time. Had to call them out too many times to give better than 2 stars.

Food is typical of any McDonald's. This location is open 24 hours however as soon as the sun goes down the parking lot becomes crowded with vagrant homeless people. They come up to your car and ask you for money and sometimes have shopping carts with items in it and three or four or five people standing around looking menacing. Last time I went through this drive-thru there was a person walking hunched over like a zombie and you couldn't leave the drive-thru because they were standing in the way. Also check your meals because frequently at this location I've had items not be in my bag after leaving Penticton.

One person gets a Sunday And my kid gets a happy meal. They put the Spoon in the happy meal now three times. Nobody wants somebody else’s hand in their food or somebody else’s hand on their spoon. This is a very unsanitary way to give utensils out.
