“Service pleasant & efficient at this locale (1st time @ this one!) & my usual - vegan Brown-Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso - made to perfection. 1 point off for meh atmosphere (maybe it's the decor, idk!!?) just feels not as bright & clean & fresh as other Starbucks..“

“Sophie (or Sophia) was working the bar by herself while unsupported she was tackling the abundance of orders coming through the door while the drive thru was closed, for being a new hire she was handling what I can imagine was a very stressful day, despite being swamped she still obliged the lurking managers request to clean up her station while also enduring all the orders coming In, Sophie you are a star and if you continue to work at starbucks I hope you recieve the proper support and leadership to succeed, telling people to do things is easy, helping your staff while they are swamped is a sign of a true leader,
