Mitch helped me out at the counter. They were very cheerful and explained the new payment system for donating to the Legion for Veteran’s Day Poppies. I also explained that I liked my iced tea sugarless and juiceless and bitter. I got THE BEST iced tea I have ever received at Starbucks. Made my day! I wish I lived in Penticton. They know how to make a proper cold black tea! Dark and bitter like my soul!
I'm pretty biased 'cause I work there, but I love the place—the chill ambience, and most especially the strong teamwork between the crew behind every drink and food served :)

Very good place to have coffee. Staff very friendly. I was recently homeless and the Managers there called the police in me for giving some smarties to a friend. Very discriminatory against aboriginals and homeless. They just assume all homeless people are either drug dealers or drug users. I am am neither; just reastablsihing my life.
