Despite a slight issue with the Jambalaya Risotto, the owner, Randy, personally addressed the situation, offering a complimentary dessert and a heartfelt apology. The response from the staff turned a potential 1-star experience into a 4-star one. The restaurant prides itself on locally sourced ingredients and a diverse drink menu featuring craft cocktails. The food menu offers a unique selection of dishes, from red meat to vegetarian options, with exceptional appetizers like baked Brie and bison carpaccio. The Thai curry dish and Chicken Parmesan with Tagliatelle pasta are delicious, though the pasta was undercooked in one instance. The staff, including servers like Patti, are amazing, professional, and friendly, though there were some interruptions during service. The restaurant is lovely and clean with tons of local art, and the team is fabulous and accommodating, even when handling unexpected changes.
