Clean store ,staff is somewhat customer service geared, but could probably use some incentive to boost moral. Mabey a raise or vacation time. All in all your not really in there long enough for them to make an impression ,this has been my experience over 10 years as the staff is the same people from old sev uptown mostly.
Friendly and the service is always good, but it always seems to happen at the most inconvenient time that I'll only have a 50 or 100 dollar bill and I get rejected sale. Late or early in the day with few options just to get told no sale at the till. I understand the reasons, it just sucks.

I go there to the Redford street 7/11 a couple times a week and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Lots of laughs, they seem to remember who the regular customers are and what they get. Sometimes I stand back and listen to them and how they interact with customers and it’s always the same. They give a happy greeting and a pleasant reminder to see them again.
